Please indicate in the Buyer's Message area of your payform or email us your initials, color and placment, shirt collar style and color, shirt fabric/color, measurement from the tip of one shoulder to the other, measurement from the tip of the shoulder to past the wristbone to arm length desired for long sleeved shirts (do this with your jacket on), measurement around your back to the front at center bustline, circumference of your neck, size normally worn S, M, L, XL.
